Söhnel Fernmeldebau GmbH was founded in 1990 under its original name, Elektrobau Pötschulat, and was entered in the register of crafts with the electrical construction trade. Today, it is a modern, medium-sized, owner-managed telecommunications construction company. In 2021, Rico Söhnel acquired the company, and Elektrobau Pötschulat became Söhnel Fernmeldebau GmbH. In 2023, the employees were able to move into the new company headquarters built in 2022.
